Privacy Policy - Stonksmaster
Last updated: September 8, 2026
Stonksmaster (stonksmaster.com) is an independent publishing operation run by Terry Kinder. The site publishes algorithmically generated price forecasts and graded results. This page explains what data the site collects when you visit, and what happens to it.
What this site collects
When you visit, standard web analytics may record technical details about your visit: pages viewed, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, and referring page. This is used to understand traffic and keep the site running. If you contact me directly (for example by email), I keep that correspondence so I can respond.
Cookies
Cookies on this site come from basic site and analytics functions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the forecast content will still work.
What I sell, and what I don't
The product Stonksmaster sells is forecast data: the published price projections and the graded historical archive. Your personal data is not the product. I do not sell, rent, or share visitor personal information with data brokers or third parties for their own marketing.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know what personal information is held about you, access or receive a copy of it, have it corrected or deleted, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact me at the address below and I'll respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Data retention
Analytics data is kept per the analytics provider's defaults. Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
